How it works for the owner |

"Free to List" or "Annual Membership"?- FREE TO LIST IS DESCRIBED BELOW.
- ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP - €199 and includes all your contact information as well as a link to your website. You handle the whole booking and payment process yourself - we just provide the lead.
If you have a property for rent and would like to list free with us the following is a brief summary in chronological order, of the process: Remember it costs you nothing to list with us. - Fill in the request listing form by clicking here - GO , please be as complete as possible in your description of the property.
- We will contact you at the number/email you provide as soon as possible.
- You will then be required to submit up to 15 pictures in JPG format with dimension not exceeding 450 pixels in width. They should be of good quality.
- You could also consider having us professionally photograph your property.
- You will also have to email us your current and up to date availability calendar or provide us with a link to an existing web calendar.
- As soon as all items required are in place your listing will be activated.
- You MUST immediately inform us of a "private" rental and dates so that we can block these days out of your availability calendar.
- When a prospective renter contacts us and we have confirmed with you that the dates are indeed available, we will charge the prospective renter a 10% "match" fee on their credit card, from the total booking amount, based on your published rates.
- Your published rate on this website may be higher than your regular rate.
- We will then email you his/her contact information as well as breakdown of what we have charged the client. It will then be up to you to complete the booking by collecting the remaining 90%. We will also email the renter your contact information.
- Our involvement in that booking is now over.
You MUST make contact with the renter immediately you receive our notification email containing the rental information! There is a 24 hour "cooling off" period whereby either you or the renter may cancel the booking. A refund will be given to the renter only if both parties email us with a valid reason as to why the "match" broke down.
