Featured Properties will always appear on the left and side of the page. Each property that appears here pays a premium to be located here. These properties bid for placement in that location. Each successful bid will guarantee placement in that section for ONE calendar month. Therefore every month there will be an auction for placement. As visitors coming to the website will be increasing coming into the summer months and other peak time dates, this will become a much sought after marketing tool. As a bonus, these featured properties will also appear at the top of the main listings page. An email will be sent to all property owners informing them of the upcoming monthly auction. The interested owner will email back with a dollar amount that they would be happy to pay for the months placement. The Top 5 bids will appear in descending order of dollar amount. Payment will be by credit card prior to placement.
